Salmon Pinwheels

 3 tortillas
 1 container of chive and onion cream cheese
  2 oz. jar of capers
 1 3 oz. package of smoked salmon
 2 tbsp sour cream
 1 tsp dill

Scrape cream cheese into a bowl, add about 2 Tbsp of sour cream and stir together until thoroughly mixed. Drain capers and add to the cream cheese. Add dill. Then spread cream cheese mixture on tortilla. Lay salmon over the cream cheese. Roll up. Finish process with each tortilla then place in a flat bottomed dish, cover and refrigerate. Before serving, remove the rolled tortillas and cut into half inch size pinwheels. Place on serving dish.
