Deviled Eggs

 12 hard-boiled eggs
 ¼ cup mayonnaise
 ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
 1 tsp dijon mustard
 1 tsp salt
 ½ tsp pepper

Place eggs in large pan of boiling water and boil for 8 minutes. Cool in cold water for 5 minutes. The shells should remove easily.
Slice the egg length-wise, carefully removing the yellow part of the egg. Place the cooked yolks in a small mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients, mixing with a fork. You may need to adjust the mayonnaise or yogurt amounts for desired creaminess. Also, adjust seasonings to taste.
With a small teaspoon scoop up a dollop of the mixture and drop into the egg white. Top with capers or dust with paprika.
